I agree hands down. There is never a Janitor scene that isn't funny. And also the fact that he improvises the majority of his lines just shows how funny he is in the first place.
But I really have this addiction bad. I bought the First Season on DVD last week. On top of that, I also record every episode I see on Comedy Central. Right now, I have most of the first three seasons and half of the fourth season recorded either way.

Right my arguement is for Dr. Cox. He is by far the funniest character, I love his dry, sarcastis sense of humour, but in some episodes you can see his more human side.
